Competence is the part of a health and safety case that is hardest to reconstruct after an incident. Either the training records existed and were current, or they did not.
We deliver inductions and toolbox talks at the workface, identify where training is missing before a client audit does, and maintain the training matrix so that expiry dates are dealt with in advance rather than discovered on the day someone is turned away from site.
What the service includes
Site inductions
Project-specific inductions covering site rules, hazards, emergency arrangements and the reporting culture expected of everyone on site.
Toolbox talks
Short, targeted briefings delivered at the workface on the risks that are live that week, with attendance recorded.
Training-needs analysis
A structured review of the competences your work requires against the competences your people currently hold.
Training-matrix management
Maintenance of a live matrix showing who holds what, when it expires and what is booked, so that renewals are planned rather than reactive.
NVQ assessment and internal verification
Assessment and internal verification delivered by a qualified NVQ Level 3 A1 assessor and NVQ Level 4 internal verifier.
Competency and card checks
Verification of CSCS and equivalent scheme cards, plant tickets and statutory certificates at the point of site access.
What you get
- Inductions that people remember rather than sit through
- A training matrix that is current, not reconstructed
- Renewals planned ahead of expiry
- Assessment and verification by a qualified assessor
