Site Audits & Compliance

Scheduled and unannounced site inspections, workplace audits and statutory equipment register verification, supported by a tracked corrective-action process.

Service 05 — Identify, improve, protect

An audit that produces a list nobody closes out is worse than no audit at all: it establishes that you knew about the problem. The value is in the tracking, not the finding.

We inspect on a scheduled and an unannounced basis, record findings with photographic evidence at the point of work, assign each one an owner and a date, and follow them through to verified close-out. What you receive each month is not a list of problems but a trend.

What the service includes

Scheduled site inspections

Regular inspections against statutory requirements, your own procedures and any client-imposed standards.

Unannounced inspections

Periodic unannounced visits, which are the only reliable way of seeing the site as it normally operates.

Workplace audits

Audits of premises, welfare, storage, traffic management and fire arrangements as well as the works themselves.

Statutory register verification

Verification that lifting equipment, pressure systems, LEV, electrical equipment and access equipment registers are complete and in date.

Corrective action tracking

Every finding is recorded with an owner and a target date, and tracked through to verified close-out.

Photographic evidence packs

Findings evidenced at the point of work and attached to the record, not filed separately.

Pre-tender documentation review

Independent review of your health and safety documentation before it is submitted with a bid.

What you get

  • Findings that close out rather than accumulate
  • A defensible record of what was found and when
  • Statutory registers verified, not assumed
  • A documented improvement trend over time
