Drone Surveying & Site Inspection

CAA-compliant unmanned aerial surveying, mapping and structural inspection of roofs, façades and hard-to-reach areas, with full public liability cover in place.

Service 04 — Aerial insight, greater safety

Working at height remains one of the largest causes of fatal injury in UK construction. A great deal of the work at height carried out on inspection is avoidable: the person is not there to fix anything, only to look.

We operate a licensed commercial unmanned aircraft capability alongside the consultancy. Roofs, façades, structures and confined areas can be inspected in detail, and the evidence captured and shared, without placing anyone at height at all.

What the service includes

Roof, façade and structural inspection

High-resolution inspection of roofs, cladding, façades and structures, with imagery indexed to location so findings can be acted on.

Site survey and mapping

Aerial survey and mapping of sites for planning, logistics and boundary purposes.

Progress monitoring

Scheduled aerial progress records for project management and stakeholder reporting, giving a consistent visual record across the programme.

Hazard identification

Identification of hazards in areas that would otherwise require scaffold, MEWP or rope access simply to observe.

Regulatory compliance

All flights operated in accordance with Civil Aviation Authority requirements and company procedures, with full public liability insurance in place.

Reporting

A written inspection report with annotated imagery, findings and recommended actions.

What you get

  • Inspection evidence without anyone working at height
  • A consistent visual record across the programme
  • Findings indexed to location and photographed
  • Flights operated under CAA requirements with liability cover
